Refund policy
We have a 100% money back / replacement policy.
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied and delighted by our products and so will refund/send a new product if you are not completely satisfied.
We do ask that you send us details and feedback on the issues you have experienced, along with pictures of the issue, so we can learn and improve.
Incorrectly delivered items: If we made a mistake and delivered the wrong item(s) to you, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. We will send the correct item out as soon as possible and arrange collection of the incorrect item(s) from you.
Damaged items: Should your goods arrive damaged, please contact us at andi@golden-flame.co.za with a photo of the product(s) within 48 hours of delivery so that we can offer support. After we have been in touch with you, we will arrange to have the damaged products returned to us. Please note that any returned items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
